You need a better chat applet...

Also, is this support free? what are the hours? should we advertise on the
working-dogs.com site that there is now live support for FreeTrade?

When you do this stuff, you need to think it through a bit further. If
someone goes into your chat room and no one is there, then that gives people
a bad impression of what the term "support" is because they will feel like
they are being hoaxed into something.

In reality, you should probably keep "support" on this mailing list instead
of in a chat room. The reason is that everything on this list is archived
and searchable and the stuff in the chat room isn't. It also prevents the
authors of the products from having to rely on 3rd party people giving out
potentially wrong information. It is much better to get the answers from the
horses mouths (and Leon and JJ have been excellent in staying on top of
answering questions for people very quickly). That is one of the benefits of
OS...you get access to the developers directly instead of having to go
through support droids.

BTW, how many of your $999 boxes have you sold yet?
