I need to do something like this on my store. We're carrying lots of
clothing items, all of which have options for S, M, L, XL as well as a
variety of colors. The thing is, nearly each article of clothing has a
different selection of colors to choose from. Plus there are shoes (which
use a different size format). The client has many of the items having a
single SKU number with an extra column in the order form in the print
catalog for the size and color.
I'm trying to figure out how to do this in FreeTrade. Do I absolutely HAVE
to set up separate SKUs for each item, color, size combination? Is there an
easy (or relatively painless) method of generating drop-down lists for each
item to give the user a color/size choice for a single SKU?
Let me know if this question makes no sense.
