Chuck,
I tried your site out. I got the same error. It takes forever to process
after I hit "Confirm Order". Then, it gave me a page which stated: You do
not have an invoice to submit!
Your basket is empty...
I have not had any problems like that with FT, so it may be due to some
changes you made. I then clicked on my shopping cart and it said I had an
unfinished invoice. I clicked on "Complete Invoice" and it said I had no
more items in my shopping cart. I have not had any of these problems with my
installation of FT.
I DID however receive an order confirmation via email.
Two suggestions:
1) Make sure people know which text is a hyperlink. For instance, in your
shopping cart area a user can log in or ...or register to create an account.
It is not readily apparent that the word "register" is a hyperlink. It looks
like all the other text surrounding it.
2) Make your upper-left logo an image map so that people can click on it to
get back to homepage.
Just my 2cents.
