I just added it to kaa.popcorn to start having one implementation of scaling. But it only works if the window aspect is the same as the fullscreen aspect. If not, this does not work as it should (even without -fs). Anyway, maybe you can fix it, I will check in as soon as I fixed all other backends to use the new aspect code.
