AFAIK the 1920x1200 is preferred by manufacturers due to format reasons (they
can cut more screens out of a die), and exactly because it is suitable both
for PC monitors and for HTPC. And IIRC they're used in some lower-cost LCD
TVs nowadays.
Your option list makes sense to me. Maybe I'd still explicitly list
1920x1200, because I think it is very prominent, but otherwise I'll fill in
the "please specify" box. ;-)
