Also, would be interesting if I could render the tables to a surface and we could use that surface later. I'm planning a Email reader as soon as I have a basic HTML render. For things like that: a static text, we should render the whole thing to a surface and just get part of it to blit on the screen, like a side-scrolling game.
I also think that using a surface like this for an email reader would be good. Once you have a surface you can pass it to the RegionScroller object to do the display and scrolling work for you. :)
RE: email, didn't Aubin do something regarding email with mbox? Also I have a bit of an IMAP mail client for freevo (supports SSL) that I was working on a while back.
