Do you mean that XMLTV is now a requirement, not an option? I'm all for
making the TV setup easier, maybe the best thing to do is remove
TV_CHANNELS like you say. Instead there are XML files with the TV channel
names/ordering, with one default file per country. The user can then copy
the default file to make changes in channel names/order. I don't mind
making XMLTV >= 0.5.15 a requirement, if the user elects to install it.
