The country isn't even enough; for example, I'm in Toronto, in Ontario
Canada. The most that could be ascertained from the system is that I'm
in Ontario; and even if you could assume I'm in Toronto, there are
5 different cable/satellite providers here, all with different
listings.

It's not the kind of thing you can guess from the system.
