Yeah, I was hacking around in there last night. I will add support for command arguments on stdctl, will be easy, this will let me do something like SetChanFrequency <frequency> and incorporate many of the Seek commands into one... I think I have that part figured out, and found which internal xine event to send.


-Create a python / Freevo interface to xine's OSD API.


Maybe very simple, add a stdctrl command message.
| message: 5 hi there

could display 'hi there' for 5 seconds

Cool. There's another use for stctl command arguments. :)
