Sensible as I map this event to the i/morE (i/mEnu) key on the remote.
Now the 'i' is mapped to PIP_MOVE (this event is not used) and them 'm'
is mapped to VOL+.

Could map the 'i' to the ENTER event but this would cause confusion too.
