As far as I know the internal of ReiserFS it is very robust. But, if the B*-tree ist broken, I can't think of a way to recover it (but don't trust me here, I have to knowledge of database B*-trees). Ext3 is easier to recover I guess, since it's based on Ext2 which can recover itself even from bad crashes (but this takes time). Dischi -- "I don't suffer from insanity.
