I run Freevo over a remote shell, both framebuffer and X11 can be
started that way; but oxine, according to the site, is:

"oxine is a lightweight, purely osd based xine frontend for set-top
boxes and home entertainment systems. "

Sounds like it duplicates most of what we do; so I don't know how it
would work in Freevo; also, Freevo 'controls' fbxine, and xitk,
neither are getting remote commands; I don't think oxine would have
those patches because they are part of the ui code.
