there was once a package called 'apt-zip' that helps in downloading packages
on a host A and then bringing them to host B for installation

otherwise:
if you can connect it at least once, then you should add the source lines
to /etc/apt/sources.list, and run 'apt-get update';
after that you could use 'apt-get  --print-uris install freevo'
to know which packages apt-get  would download
