Hi,

I've got problems to get the TV-Out of my new Matrox G450
to work with freevo. I followed the instructions at:
http://www.bglug.ca/matrox_tvout/

When I open a console and type:

# matroxset -f /dev/fb0 -m 5
# matroxset -f /dev/fb1 -m 2
# matroxset -f /dev/fb1 -o 1 2
# matroxset -f /dev/fb1 -o 1 1
# mplayer -vo fbdev -fb /dev/fb1 -vop expand=640:480,scale=640:-2 somefile.mpeg

The movie plays very well at my TV.

But now I'm at the point where to tell freevo to use the TV-out.
I emerged freevo with the http://freevo.sourceforge.net/gentoo/rsync-freevo
script and run 'freevo setup --display=fbdev --geometry=768x576 --tv=pal'.

When I start freevo, the display is still on my monitor....I don't know where
to search anywhere. Maybe someone can help me. Thank's in advance !

Best regards

Christian

PS: Dschi, I like your signatures....:-)
