Which ATI tv card do you have?  I'm using the ATI TV Wonder and had a 
similar problem when I started working with it.  The autodetection 
didn't work right.  I had to read through the bttv driver documentation 
to figure out which tuner/card to select before I finally got it right.  
The TV Wonder I have was Card = 63 or 64 and Tuner was the Philips 
(number 2 I think).  You might want to try that if that's what you have.

BTW, the card has a little silver box connected to it.  That's the 
tuner.  It will tell you whether you have a Philips or something else.


I have a ATI tv card in the US, I have freevo working fine, BUT the 
picture sucks, if I tune to channel 60, I get one less (59) the picture on 
it looks very bad (no color lots of lines)

Does anyone have any ideas?
