That was my bug, thanks. Now I have an edl that looks like it should look. But still, mplayer doesn't skip. I added -edl and the edl file after that. No trace of edl in the output of mplayer and no skip. I also noticed when I skip manual to the point (-slave seek pos 2), your ts seek patch does an emergency exit.
