I will try that this weekend. Thanks for the tip. I installed an irman
receiver on another box and it was very easy. I was rather disapointed this
receiver turned out to be so difficult...

Have you created a link for linux-2.6.9-1.6_FC2.stk16 called linux?
(/usr/src/linux points to usr/src/linux-2.6.9-1.6_FC2.stk16)
I seem to remember having issues compiling until I did that. If that
