I setup mine by using a screen resolution that is 16:9 (or close to) such as 720x400 (I would prefer greater, but my vid card does not support overscan and this res fits best). I used this resolution in freevo.conf as well as XF86Config-4. I also gave the XF86 config the aspect command of ; DisplaySize 400 225 in the monitor section. I have read the recommendation about setting the aspect to 4:3 but I dont really understand it, and have not seen the necessity. I just set everything at 16:9 including X11, freevo and mplayer. Xine usually just takes the aspect from your X11 config. I wasnt aware you could change the Xine aspect in the xine config.. how did you do that? -Justin -- Justin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
