By adding these two lines to the "Monitor" Section of Xorg.conf

     Option "ExactModeTimingsDVI" "TRUE"
     Option "ModeValidation" "NoDFPNativeResolutionCheck"

I was able to get 1360x768 to work.

If my settop box can do 1920x1080 with a 135Mhz pixel clock, I don't see 
why not X wouldn't work somehow, still researching.
