Have just checked in /home/vsd/skel/etc and done 'grep -r BIND *'
The results are:
httpd/conf/httpd.conf:Listen #BINDADDR#:8080
httpd/conf/httpd.conf:Listen #BINDADDR#:8443
httpd/conf/httpd.conf:NameVirtualHost #BINDADDR#
ssh/sshd_config:ListenAddress #BINDADDR#
Looks like your error is either Apache/SSH. Try disabling one or the other
in /etc/rc.conf to narrow it down and see if everything else is working.
