I've just installed freeVSD with freevsd-skel-phpmysql on a dev server at
the office, and notice mc isn't in the skel.

I've also heard there's a security implication with providing mc to vs
users.

Can anyone let me know what they are, so I can make an informed decision on
whether to add mc to the skel.
