Ok my bad.

Im not sure if I did this correctly but I

1. copied sendmail.cf from the host server.
2. copied files from /etc/mail on host (newer sendmail.cf wanted some new
files)
3. chown root.root aliases, and aliases.db
4. ran newaliases as root
5. then enable quotas and mail priviledges for the user to recieve mail.

sendmail is working.
