When you say that quota support is compiled in, are you talking about RH
6.2?  If so, someone should tell HOWTOQuotas.txt that it's wrong and that
RH6.2 does have quota support built into kernel.

I'm running "quotacheck -avug" now (takes ages I know).  Do I ALWAYS need to
do "quotacheck -avug" on system startup as it seems to take around 20 mins
which means a lot of hanging around when waiting for system to boot!
