It tells you in the first and third paragraphs of `man 8 quotacheck'. The
key words are "and mounts non-valid file systems". It is probably already
done by default in your sysv init scripts.

Did you assign a quota to the VS ? The output of those quota_userset commands
is no longer sent to the screen
