Latest freevsd-pkgs RPM

Has anyone downloaded the latest pkgs RPM?   The last 3 times I've
tried, its got to 100% and died on me (copying the resulting RPM so it
doesn't get deleted on cancel doesn't work - "RPM cannot be installed"
error.)

At least I assume its '100%'.  The first time I tried I was using
Netscape which said 100% but then I switched to the 'ftp' command line
(so I dunno whether it was '100%' done.)
