I haven't made the move to RH7.1 yet but will soon, so I haven't had a look
at this myself. You need to check in
freevsd/src/vsd/modules/mod_quota/quota.c. It uses the quotactl call. I
notice we are using sys/quota.h rather then linux/quota.h - could be a
straightforward fix?
