Just been looking into this, as I thought it was working OK here
on RH7.1. It turns out that the quotas granted by root upon setting up
a new VS seem to be sticking, but that the admin within that VS cannot
make quotas for his users within that VS - the error msg is, eg:
"setquota nospam 100
Could not set quota stats: No such process"
'quotastats' list the "limits" as "OK", "allocated/used" as "OK", but
"Max/available" lists the correct figure as set at VS creation.
