Dear,
I've success to make shadow password work with freevsd, and wu-ftpd with all
vsd priv rights too.
I've patch shadow-util, pam and util-linux so admin user will have enough
permission right to update shadow pasword file
For wu-ftpd, I modify the sources code, so user with ftp right will be able to
login, user without will not, and user with chrootftp will not able to view outside
his home directory.
But here, before I submit those patch, I need to comfirm few things:
1. Does it ok to assign user to group root?
2. Does it ok to assign group root to user secodary group?
3. Does it ok to assign user to system group like bin, daemon etc?
4. What is the diffirent for proftpd and wu-ftpd in freevsd, and why freevsd
default not using wu-ftpd.
