I found that this was caused by not using a fqdn for your system name during 
the install. If your box is called box01 and your domain is box.com your output 
from #/uname -a should be  <box01.box.com> <Kernel Version> That would be 
correct if it says <box01> <Kernel Version> Correct the problem and try again. 
That fixed it for me.
