i thought about it, an extra partition also would be nice, because if build
correctly it could support more than one configuration. (in my mind is the
way HP switches and CISCO router handle the thing)

A major problem i had twice the last weeks is RESET of the router. Some user
did a hard reset.. and the nvram was gone.

So some configurations like:
- factory default
- user basic default
- last running config
- custom config 0 - n ..

and a choose able "config after reset", would be really nice.
