I don't get it. Webif2 is another package and has nothing to do with
ntpclient. Openntpd is not our default client, it is a ntp client
and server, which we use in our package collections as default.
That does not mean everybody use it. I do not use it on my custom
images. Why?

Guess now. Yes, I need the few bytes I save here for other
applications.
I like to have the choice. Therefore I do not like to kill all
packages providing a similar functionality.
