Il Piatto, definitely, and if they enjoy people, tell 'em to sit at
the bar (full service) and chat with Andrew, who will take good care
of them. This is not a spaghetti and pizza place, this is a wonderful
northern Italian place, with a good wine list, seafood, daily
specials, wonderful atmosphere, and they specialize in working with
local growers and providers. Also reasonably priced, for a block north
of the plaza.

Hi, everybody. Sorry for this intrusion.
I just got an urgent email from friends saying that they are in
Santa Fe for a few days and want recommendations for good local
restaurants. I am a bad person to ask because I hate anything with
chili peppers in it. Could you please help me out by sending local
restaurant recommendations? I don’t spose you have to limit
yourselves to New Mexican cuisine, but some of that would obviously
be timely.
