in a small format alongside the funding data the app shows?  Being accessible 
from a pop-up while reading the article is good.  But it's often difficult to 
know if the article represents things fairly.  E.g. sometimes someone will vote 
No on some bill they putatively would support just because of politics or 
wording or towing party line or whatever.
