To make it a Cygwin package, we would 1) need to check whether http://www.geda.seul.org/devel/cygwin/latest/release/noweb/ works, and if so, provide it on MathAction 2) make FriCAS itself a CygWin package. actually, maybe 1) is not even absolutely necessary...
