P.S. Is there a way to run Fricas locally? I.e. without `make install'
or with `make install DESTDIR=local_dir'
I don't know exactly what you mean, but the usual
./configure --prefix=$HOME/myfricas
make & make install
should install fricas into the $prefix directory given above. You just
have to set your PATH then.
