Now I have comited modified version of TEX and TMFORM. Main
change is to use symbols instead of strings when deciding
which kind of Output for we have. In TEX I also changed
operator priorites so that now
summation(operator(f)(i)+1,i=1..n)
gives correct result (this change is similar to what Bill Page
did some time ago).
In TMFORM I did similar changes and removed unused code taken
from MMLFORM. Also, I changed priority handling to be like
in TEX (previous version, taken from MMLFORM had serious problems).
MMLFORM should be changed in similar way, I started this but
it will take few more days to finish.
