Actually, when I took a quick look over all this different output routines, they looked terribly similar. I'm sure one could even factor out the common parts. But that would mean quite a bit of planning/designing and I was not in the mood to get too much involved in that part.

Anyway, if someone can think of a better way to avoid duplication of code, that would be wonderful.
