OK, I have now commited texmacs format. I have changed it a bit
so that it correctly outputs sub and superscripts. Note: of
your contribution there is one remaining hunk to be commited,
namely change to axiom/fricas script. It requires a little
adjustment and still have to check that after adjustment it
works correctly with Texmacs.
