New version is online http://www.hemmecke.de/fricas/book.pdf .
I'm almost done with the technical stuff. I guess the rest can be done
while revising the content of the book.
I had to impose a few restrictions on the text to make the scripts easier.
1) \texht, \spad, \spadop, \spadfun, \spadtype should all be on just
one line. I pretty much hate \texht already, but there's not much to
prevent it. Longer stuff goes to "texonly" and "htonly" environments.
2) \texht{T}{H} will be translated to T and H, respectively, before
TeX/hyperdoc sees them. Same for texonly and htonly environments.
3) No need to escape inside \spad... commands, i.e., now one can write
\spad{%%(3)^(#list)/\foo(n)$MyInt}
just as one would type the argument onto the fricas command line.
Inside \spad{} also braces are allowed and will be handled
verbatim, but, inside these braces must be properly paired,
otherwise one can use \spad`{`. (Rarely needed anyway.)
4) \spadsig is gone. \spad{A->B} automatically translates -> to $\to$.
I'll try to clean my patch series in the next days and then push to my
github repo.
