At this stage I do not want to add support for X11/HyperDoc on macOS.
Not yet, maybe later, if a user puts such request.
Can you agree with this?

what is the reason?
macOS typically has no X11 nowdays, thus no xterm.
AFAIK X11 was an optional component which could be installed.
I we want it installed for graphics and HyperDoc.
