Yes, it's MessageOutput before TeXOutput.

It wouldn't solve that overlapping problem, but I am thinking about removal of these "Compiling function ..." messages from the book. They are distracting and irrelevant when reading the book, but on the other hand they avoid surprises for people who actually type in the commands and try out the commands from the book.

Opinions?

I think we should keep it.  In some parts of book they are expected.

It's better to have separate commits now, and once everything is OK,
