Thanks for the feedback! I like this idea. In fact, this helped me
think of a way to manage the work of reconciliation... that is, each
person can be responsible for reconciling their previous order before
paying for their next order, (and then incorporating any corrections).
The actual April invoice amounts are listed on the following page...

I don't know exactly how far off things were, because it hasn't been
fully reconciled yet, but I did notice at least a few differences.

I prefer the $5 membership fee be paid in a seperate transaction, for
ease of looking back through who has paid membership dues and not.
There is a link on the home page to "join the club via PayPal" which
you can do at any time, (and then move your name up in the
ActiveMembers list ;-)

As far as payments for the current order goes, please reconcile your
previous order first, and note any adjustments on your Wiki page; then
use the quick payment form to send the correct amount (based on prices
you have for the current order, and adjustments from previous orders).

Eventually, we may also double check people's reconciliation work, to
make sure the math was done right, but for now this should be
managable...

Thanks!

PS: Again, if you can't use PayPal yet, don't worry about it since a
volunteer can always collect cash from you at the time you pick up
your order, and PayPal it for you.

PPS: I talked to Leigh, and she agreed that we probably can't
distribute wine.
