"Wavelength" translates to "Longueur d'onde"
"Ondes" is definitively the right term for "waves" like radio waves. "Vague" is for the sea waves.in other contexts and especially in technical and scientific language, "Vague" would first be undertood as "unclear"/"fuzzy" unsless it visually refers to the curve or progagation of sea waves.
