Not to me. I'm not sure why the DHS would need ANY guns beyond their security guards, in fact. They don't enforce any laws - they simply play mother to the other cop agencies. The fisheries service, on the other hand, actually has protective duties - not unlike the forestry service. Another misunderstanding: IRS guns. The government, these days, is mostly there to take your money, OF COURSE they have lots of guns. And, lets not forget, the ATF is under the Department of Revenue - as well it should be, being a TAXing organization! DEA?
