I won't go there on the black thing (while it is worth noting that all the 
White Supremacists are reccing the same videos the Birthers are, it doesn't 
mean they are a single set.  IMHO the birthers are a superset that include the 
skinheads, and unfortunately provide cover for them, but that's another issue.)

But it does - for whatever reason - go beyond "opposing his policies".  I like 
the guy but I still oppose some of his policies (though since he's a Dem I'm no 
more shocked than I was that Bush promoted GOP policies - and I hope/d that 
turned out to be correct).  There is a more strident tone to this opposition, a 
more "he is Satan" tone.  Much more commonly stated as:
