Interesting.

I've been thinking about having work done through my contact in 
Russia.  How did this work?  Did they do CF only overseas?  Or did they 
include text, too?  Tell me more.

This is why I've been following the Doc thread so closely.  To use it not 
only in project definition, but also in communicating to those in Russia.
