Thanks for all your help. I actually reinstalled Cold
Fusion and the problem immediately disappeared. One
suspicion I have, maybe I'm paranoid, is that there is
a command in Cold Fusion that Allaire can turn on
which will in effect disable CF. I am using this copy
on my machine but I had it on an old development box
which I don't ever use since I got my new machine. I
never bothered to uninstall it from the old machine.
Is it possible that Allaire runs scripts that disable
multiple instances of the same license. If so that's
really annoying if you're disabled by mistake. It just
seems so random that one afternoon my CF is just
disabled....I know I'm probably just paranoid but
nothing else make sense. There were no updates to the
code...it just stopped working.
