We use VOPMail from Vircom....we chose it because it has database support
for email and mailing lists as well. Haven't used the mailing list
portion yet, but the email was easy to setup, so I am sure the list serv is
easy to. They guys over at ANNEX might know because the ecobuilder platform
can interface with Vircom mail server.

FYI - FusionMail 2.0 (currently in beta) will have a built-in list server.
Also, the iMS solution is more flexible than Lyris and is much cheaper.
