more importantly, how do you BILL such projects turned around in 5 days? I
asked Steve this, but since his project done in that turn-around time was
quasi-internal, the billing issue was not nearly as pressing. I was hoping
that Hal could shed some insight on how this can be handled in a contractual
situation: what sort of phrasing or terms get put into the contract that can
effectively result in payment being timely and ensured.
