I have a simular question on that, I am new to providing the ability of
building websites to others for a cost, and I just don't know what the value
would be for a site I build. I develope in Coldfusion, and I use fusebox
when I can. So what could be a good base to charge for a website, or rate
to charge?

more importantly, how do you BILL such projects turned around in 5 days? I
asked Steve this, but since his project done in that turn-around time was
quasi-internal, the billing issue was not nearly as pressing. I was hoping
that Hal could shed some insight on how this can be handled in a contractual
situation: what sort of phrasing or terms get put into the contract that can
effectively result in payment being timely and ensured.
